APRIL 2006 - Tronair, Inc. and JETporter, Inc. announced today that Tronair has reached a definitive agreement to acquire all of the assets of JETporter, Inc.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Tronair, JETporter will engineer, manufacture and distribute electric towbarless tugs to original equipment manufacturers, corporate aircraft owners, fixed base operators, commercial and regional airlines, governments and military organizations around the world.
