New Image Group, Inc. is comprised of Consumer Product Enterprises, Inc. and Masterworks Décor, Inc. Consumer Products is a manufacturer of acrylic felt and other textile products for the craft, consumer and industrial markets. Masterworks Décor manufactures fine botanical décor for the retail, home décor, furniture and gift markets. Both companies are headquartered in Union, SC and both were acquired by River Capital in 2003.

River Capital, founded in 1983, is a private investment firm, which organizes and invests in the acquisitions of select, well-established middle market companies.
